Secret to remain warm and avoid cold in winter

Its very crucial to remain healthy and fit in winter . A good morning tea in winter not only makes your warm but avoids cold too . Its just a 5 minute work in morning but it keeps you warm all day. Here are recipes for making different tea. And you can choose as you like-

  • The morning tea – Ginger ,lemon tea

For this you have to add a ginger and some drops of lemon in water and boil them .Boil for at least of 5 minutes . Your mixture can turn slightly pink which is completely fine. You can simply put chunks of ginger in water or use ginger paste. This helps to avoid cold.

  • The evening tea Tea full of spices ( Indian Masala Chai)

Add some small pieces of ginger and a pinch of turmeric in a boiling water. Then get a spoonful of black pepper . You can also add 1 or 2 cloves and nutmeg. Then grind the pepper and add it in the water . Boil them for 5-10 minutes . You can add as much of heating spices as you want. Then drink it hot -sip by sip. Instead of water you can also use milk. Even if you are suffering from cold it will be gone in a day or two.

  • The easiest tea- Bay leaf tea

You can easily get a big amount of bay leaves with minimum amount of money in market . For this put 4-5 bay leaves in water . Make sure you properly wash them before using. You can also add some lemon in it .Boil them for 10 minutes . By the time your house will be full of aroma of bay leaves . You can also add some sugar or honey or some gudd(sakkar ). Enjoy the drink.

If you are suffering from cold then you can make a mixture of all the above heating spices and drink it twice or thrice a day.
